The Strategic Transformation core team comprised faculty and administrators from across WVU’s campuses who had been identified as creative, strategic and innovative thinkers.
Team members engaged on a deeper level throughout the entire process, applying their understanding of the “big picture” challenges and opportunities to the analysis and interpretation of the feedback from the 67 visioning sessions. In Summer 2019, the team finalized their results, which were shared with President Gee and other WVU leadership in September.
