Kinetic and Inclusive Team Toolkit (KITT)

WVU Libraries created a collection of resources to help students, faculty and other WVU community members think creatively about group facilitation and teams building. The Kinetic & Inclusive Teams Toolkit (KITT) features curated activities, such as Lego Play, KEVA Bot Maze, Conversation Starter Kit, Empathy Toy and more. The resources are ideal for professional development and team-building events, including in-service training and employee retreats, onboarding and orientations, and other University-sponsored activities with student organizations or community groups.

Resources are on reserve at the Downtown Campus Library and available to faculty and staff for a two-week loan period. A corresponding website is under development and will include activity lesson plans. For those who have lesson plan or activity ideas, please email them to jessica.vanderhoff@mail.wvu.edu.
