- Review, analyze and implement recommendations from the EAB advising audit.
- Connect and support instructors of high-opportunity courses by partnering with WVU Teaching and Learning Commons on best practices in pedagogy workshops.
- Support students in the new major pathways by implementing new processes for students who leave their initial major.
- Enhance our leveraging of Navigate for improved efficiencies and data collection in the tutoring centers.
- Draft grade forgiveness policy to encourage struggling students to shift majors and coursework earlier.
- Compare best practices in student success policies at other institutions with our own academic policies by undertaking the EAB academic policy audit.
